Student Help Desk
The college help desk is made up of student workers with an interest in technology who want to learn more about it and share that knowledge with others to help with any tech-related problems they may have. This is our first line of defense for tech-related issues, so if you have one, please stop by and let us take a look. We offer both hardware and software support to both students and employees, free of charge.
You may see us out and about later in the day conducting fieldwork. This is standard procedure as we have workers who go out and perform class and lab checks to make sure our IT equipment is in good working order.
Want to join our team?
We hire on an as-needed basis. Generally, at the start of the new semester, we will open a job listing and conduct interviews if we have a need for more student workers. Please keep an eye out on MyHanover for postings!
